About the job and team

In this role you will be responsible for leadership and execution of Sales in our core regions in EMEA. You will successfully drive growth with new clients in our existing markets as well as leading the expansion short term into DACH and the UK. You have strong experience in building and growing a SaaS business as well as leading hands-on by example. 

You have a growth mindset; In order to be successful you bring a strong land and expand experience. You will set the sales strategy and be accountable for the respective contribution to drive business in the region. Reporting directly to the VP Global Sales you will work closely with Sales Engineering, Alliances and Partners, Marketing, Account Management as well as other key stakeholders. You are part of the global sales leadership team


  • Minimum 7 years of direct sales experience
  • At least 5 years towards Enterprise solution selling
  • Minimum 3 years as a sales leader, director level or above
  • Proven experience selling into C-level suite
  • Excellent track record in selling SaaS solutions, to marketers or adjacent markets
  • Proven experience selling mar-tech and e-com solutions
  • Able to support team and company in key business issues and business processes in your customer base
  • Domain expertise in manufacturing or retail space
  • Education, University degree required
  • Business English required
  • Ability to travel
  • Has worked with and able to build and teach through established sales methodologies  e.g CHAMP, Bant, Medic
