About the role and the team
As a part of our global growth efforts, we are now looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the team. The position is based in Chicago and will collaborate with our global sales teams in Sweden and The Netherlands. As Sales Operations Coordinator, you will primarily own Salesforce (CRM) reporting and support for the North American team, manage our relationships with third-party technology tools and work closely with our sales and marketing team. The role also has a global reach in terms of the objectives and tasks of Sales Operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Salesforce workflows, data hygiene and process refinements
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business initiatives driven by the Executive Team
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams to coordinate and distribute lead generation campaigns using Salesforce
- Onboard and train all North American sales new hires in Salesforce and sales enablement tools
- Manage the technology resources used by our North American go-to-market team and ensure proper usage, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Design and update sales territory maps and account targeting lists
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and work with cross-functional groups to implement these improvements.
We would love it if you have:
- 2+ years SaaS experience, preferably in Sales Operations department
- Experience creating reports and dashboards from Salesforce CRM for Executive Team(s)
- Salesforce Admin experience
- Experience leading training of technology tools and resources
- Experience prospecting into any of the following industry sectors: eCommerce, multi-channel marketing, content marketing, digital marketing
