The job and the Partner team

The partner management team supports the growth of inRiver with a highly committed partner community to generate sales and manage delivery of inRiver products towards joint clients. Managing the partners will require good analytics of the market and the needs of the clients as well as very good communication skills to manage the relationships with many different partners and other internal departments of inRiver. Towards the partners you represent inRivers interests and at the same time you are the partners advocate internally to make sure we support them the best in their interest to deliver high quality services to the clients.

Responsibilities

  • For an assigned region, develop and maintain a matrix of strategic partnerships that support the defined target profile in order to support our over-all growth targets
  • Responsible for the overall partner relationship, including strategic go-to-market planning, revenue growth targets and all operations necessary to profitably retain, grow and service our customers
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute against a go-to market strategy and plan
  • Work with strategic partners and sales teams to maximize revenue potential
  • Responsible for sales training of partner resources
  • Support team in identifying strategic corporate initiatives, and aligning efforts to achieve those goals
  • Help to deliver consistent partner communications, develop joint collateral, and strategically manage joint marketing events
  • Be the single point of contact for the partner and bring in resources from marketing, product, and sales as necessary

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience at manager level, for example service manager, account manager or partner manager
  • Ability to manage and resolve situations with multiple parties with different perspectives
  • Language; Business level English and fluent Swedish is mandatory,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to travel
  • Good understanding of IT in general and software in particular.
  • Direct CRM experience
  • Previous experience in Cloud/SaaS sales
  • Experience working with eCommerce industry
