About the job 

As a Learning Designer you play a key part of transforming knowledge into engaging learning experiences to ensure that inRiver users can create the maximum value in the shortest time.  

You consider yourself being the link between the technical- and human aspects of digital platforms such as ERP, Ecommerce or BI systemsYou have a strong passion for learning anare a creative mind with a proven ability to manage agile projects towards agreed goals and outcomes. You can draw a complex process on a napkin so that people get the Aha experience and are the one who always gets asked by coworkers to help them with their presentation or slide deck. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage agile learning projects in tight collaboration with inRiver SMEs  
  • Design and develop engaging and accessible learning experiences in a variety of formats (blended learning, micro-, macro courses)  
  • Design and develop assessments and knowledge tests 
  • Evaluate and develop existing curriculum 
  • Administrate learners and course offerings in inRiver’s Learning Management System 
  • Assess learning needs of PIM users 
  • Together with the Academy Manager, refine and improve the Academy Production Model 

Requirements 

  • 5+ years’ experience as consultant, project managerinstructor, or similar 
  • Experience training to external customer facing roles  
  • Experience in developing documentation, job aids, user guides or story boards 
  • Experience in facilitating data modeling or process design workshops 
  • Good knowledge about information integration and information logistics 
  • Good understanding of the modern enterprise system landscape 
  • Knowledge and experience managing and/or participating in key-roles in enterprise systems implementation projects
