Marketing Manager North America

We are looking for an experienced, talented marketing manager to join our marketing team. This role will be the creative lead behind all of our online and offline events for our prospects and customers and help define programs and campaigns that help build our business in North America.

As a person you are flexible and adaptive, used to a highly dynamic environment. You can work across functional areas and gain consensus from team members not within your direct reporting structure. And just like us, you are friendly person with a great sense of humor.

We would like you to:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute regional marketing programs
  • Own trade show and event execution in North America
  • Define program & campaign objectives, target audiences, strategies/tactics, creative deliverables, timeline, and ROI measurement
  • Build and execute email nurture programs in Pardot
  • Monitor leads generated to ensure the sales eam receives leads and follow up on lead quality
  • Analyze marketing metrics to continually improve ROI
  • Identify content gaps and support content development, including marketing collateral, webinars, and blogs
  • Leads marketing projects with a proactive-can do attitude

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business and/or Marketing
  • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce
  • Passion / interest in technology
  • Strong project/people management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and self-prioritize workload
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive time schedules
  • Works collaboratively with other teams
  • Ability to build strong relationships
