As inriver’s Global Marketing Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing our global demand generation programs. You enjoy working in a cross-functional, cross-regional team and get excited about communicating with many different stakeholders. Supporting a marketing campaign from the initial brainstorming over the production of key messages and creative assets to the regional execution motivates you.   • Create, coordinate and execute quarterly global demand gen campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team, other inriver departments and external suppliers
  • Prepare campaign theme, messaging and brief with the global communications director and input from key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Product and Services
  • Brief and support designers and external suppliers regarding creation of campaign assets and related promotional material
  • Collaborate with regional field marketing to localize global campaigns and coordinate regional promotions
  • Develop, implement and manage campaign-/ persona-specific nurturing programs (incl. set-up in marketing automation tool)
  • Brief Sales and Partner team regarding campaign messaging and execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize experiences throughout the demand generation funnel to increase conversion
  • Measure and report on campaign results by channels to distill learnings and insights that can be shared with stakeholders across broader teams
  • Work closely with the event team to plan/execute our annual digital conference
  • Work closely with the product marketing team and with the community team to execute customer and partner communications.



  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related degree
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, especially in B2B SaaS
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills to drive business priorities within the larger organization as well as to work with cross-functional partners to win as one team
  • Creative thinking capabilities that include an interest to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics
  • Possess a working knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing tools (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, ABM)
  • Experience with working in cross-functional, global teams
