About the job & team

To facilitate the growth of inRiver in US, the People team is looking for a HR Coordinator with a strong recruitment process skill set.
You will be a part of the People team – the greatest team in the company! (if you ask us) Or to be more specific; the cultural flag bearers of inRiver. We are a fun and open team to be around and we always bring great team spirit into everything we do.

We are looking for a self-reliant and responsible doer – as the rest of us; you have a strong service mindset and structure that help us complete the day with a high five!

You will work with all general areas of HR, but focus will be on recruitment in close collaboration with our team and all hiring managers in the US.  
We would love to get you on board to be our closest liaison in the Chicago office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hiring & recruitment; coordinating and driving all US recruitment processes, search, communication with candidates, selection, arrange interviews with hiring team, conduct screening calls, references and finalizing agreements.
  • Overall HR administrative support
  • On boarding
  • Off boarding
  • Training
  • Forms and system administration
  • Improvement projects


  • Experience of hiring and recruitment in US
  • General HR experience
  • A few years work experience in a similar or related role
  • Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience of using a modern ATS
  • Experience of using HRIS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent education
