About the job

The inRiver IT team provides remote and local technical support to employees worldwide. And is currently looking for an IT Support Technician that can extend the IT team by assisting the US colleagues and handle global support during US office hours.

What you will do:

  • Work close with the IT team in Sweden, keeping daily contact to make sure strategy and alignment remain on a global scale.
  • Give personal and remote support on hardware and software problems to fellow inRiver employees.
  • Administration of IT systems such as email and centralized user management.
  • Ensure printers, meeting room technology and other IT equipment is functioning for all employees Coordinate and execute on boarding and off boarding for inRiver employees.

Who you are:      

  • You have experience in supporting Windows based systems and love to give personal, customer focused support to help people solve technical problems.
  • You have knowledge of client and software deployment.
  • You have experience of using Office 365, Azure and Powershell.
  • You articulate yourself well in both verbal and written communication.
  • A curious person and a fast learner. You enjoy diving into new technologies and tools.
  • An analytical troubleshooter. You may not have the answer, but you know how to find it.
  • A team player, collaborates with people around you, and in other locations, to find solutions.
  • You are responsible and can work independently.
