About the role and team

In short; Sales Operations is all about keeping it smooth. Through your support you enable and drive front line sales teams to sell better, faster and more efficiently.

Through strategically implemented training, software tools and engagement techniques, our Sales Operations Director enable sales reps to focus more on selling in order to drive business results.

We offer a leading role where you will closely liaised not only to our sales but to the executive team at inRiver. Building and improving our global sales strategy

The fully staffed sales operation team will consist of three people, including you. 

Responsibilities 

  • Leader of the Sales Operations team
  • General reporting
  • Forecasting, pipeline prediction and calculation
  • Quarterly reports to Global Sales
  • Process Development
  • Enable Sales Coordination
  • Follow up and deliver individual performance reports to support Sales and Marketing organizations
  • Various sales projects
  • Close collaboration with Business Systems Analyst in Services organization

Requirements

  • Proven successful experience with Sales Operations
  • Strong Salesforce experience
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Pardot, Analytics Studio
  • Data/CRM control, data cleaning
  • Knowledge in NDAs and RFPs
  • Fluent in Swedish  
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Leadership experience
