Responsibilities:
The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs globally. This role will work closely with senior leadership and HR to develop, implement, and administer effective compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's strategic goals. The role will be extremely important as you will be developing programs that to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.
It is a new function in our company so the incumbent will be responsible to shape the role within the company, make sure we build a first class and professional Comp & Ben function.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop and administer the organization's compensation and benefits policies and programs, including base pay, incentives, health benefits, and other employee benefit programs.
- Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyze data and provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of our compensation and benefits programs.
- Work closely with HR and other stakeholders to develop effective communication strategies to promote the organization's compensation and benefits programs to employees.
- Manage the annual performance evaluation process and make recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits, including open enrollment, claims resolution, and ongoing vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Responsible for our option and warrant investment program
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
- Oversee and set our company HR KPIs and work with the HRIS system
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management in an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on trends and insights.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits laws and regulations internationally, preferably from EMEA and US.
- Have strong leadership skills, can build a high performing team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)
