The inriver Sales Engineering Team
We're growing! And looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. With a wider sales team, inriver Sales Engineers engage with customers to learn about their business challenges. They then use their knowledge and passion to paint an exciting vision of how Inriver can help. We're looking for a highly motivated team player to be our platform's technical expert–the person we turn to solve issues creatively. This person will build integrations and related tools that streamline business processes. They will also proactively build tooling colleagues can use to be more productive and best showcase our platform.

We would like you to:
- Be super motivated and proactive and push the limits of innovation and creativity.
- Explore how our platform best fits inside the ecosystem of adjacent technologies.
- Strategize with Sales and Partners and provide technical support for sales opportunities.
- Lead the technical discovery of customer/prospect needs.
- Work with Partners to scope implementations and build new tools.
- Present to various audiences, including executives, partners, and colleagues.
- Provide feedback from the field to Product, our Innovation Labs team, and Development.
- Become the trusted technical advisor to our Customers, Prospects, and Partners.
Qualifications/Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a developer, business consultant, or solution architect.
- BS/BA in technology or equivalent experience required.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS technology and integrations.
- Proven experience integrating and/or implementing Enterprise software.
- Comfortable having in-depth discussions with technical audiences.
- Experienced in solution architecting, project scoping, and product demonstration skills.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, Java, and HTML.
- Expert understanding of the modern system landscape for data management and e-commerce.
- Experience working with enterprise software, e-commerce, CMS, and/or search- and merchandising engines.
- Fluent in English.
