About the job & the team

The partner management is supporting the growth of inRiver with a highly-committed partner community to generate sales and manage delivery of inRiver PIM towards joint clients. Managing the partners will require good analytics of the market and the needs of the clients as well as very good communication skills to manage the relationships with many different partners and other internal departments of inRiver. Towards the partners you represent inRivers interests and at the same time you are the partners advocate internally to make sure we support them the best in their interest to deliver high quality services to the clients.

inRiver is today the market leading PIM solution and have a very attractive offering towards the partners. Going forward the Partner Management team must ensure continuous rapid growth and ability to deliver with high customer satisfaction. In UK we are very much in a start-up mode where we need to establish our presence supported by the partner network and build awareness about our company and inRiver Product Marketing Cloud.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and contact for new and existing partners selling inRiver offering in the UK region
  • Developing the existing partner capabilities to sell and deliver inRiver PIM by managing the partner in how to work with inRiver
  • Perform initial trainings and connecting partners with the PRIME program services like inRiver Academy and Service offerings
  • Managing situations supporting partners, clients and internal teams in dialogue to solve issues
  • Support inRiver sales organization with advises on what partners have the right capabilities to support in sales and generating leads from partners.
  • Organizing and managing partner market events including presentations
  • Managing and supporting Value Add Partners to develop the offering of the inRiver community.

 

Requirements and profile

  • Language; preferably native in English
  • Good understanding of IT in general and software in particular
  • 3-10 years of relevant work experience at manager level, for example service manager, account manager or partner management.
  • Role preferably based in Amsterdam but Malmoe is an option.
  • Ability to travel 1-2 days a week to UK
