About the job & the team

Within People we work globally even though the position is based physically in Malmö. In this job, you will work with all areas of recruitment (search, selection, calling references, coordinate, interviews, etc.) together with the recruiting leader. The job positions you will recruit to will have a wide spread geographically as well as the type of profiles with a focus on junior positions; sales, development, customer success, business consultants, and a lot more. You will also be involved in conducting overall tasks within People. 

You will be a part of a People team with a great team spirit that today exist of a Vice President People, a Talent Generalist, and a part-time Talent Assistant. You will report to Vice President People.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment; handling the entire process from search, communication with candidates, selection, coordinate interviews with Leaders, conduct interviews, calling references to finalizing agreements. There will also be a big focus to build a pipeline and sourcing strategy via social media etc.
  • Overall HR administrative support



  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Swedish – is a plus
  • A few years work experience in a similar role
  • Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or similar search systems is a plus
