Anna has more than 10 years of experience working with Talent in the IT business. She has vast experience in developing company cultures, creating HR strategies, building strong teams and drive organizational change. Anna comes from and Qliktech, a company with 2500 co-workers, where she worked developing company culture and talent, and having strategic responsibility for her clients. Prior to Qliktech she spent more than 10 years as HR Manager at Anoto where she was responsible for the global organization, driving organizational change, attracting and keeping the right employees and building the company’s culture and values. As Director of Talent Management at inRiver the aim is to foster one team with one dream, developing a world-leading organization. Anna has a passion for creating and implementing talent strategies, fostering engagement and harmonizing the company to make us winners.
