We are now looking for a IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Malmo, Sweden.

Joining our IT Operations team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will support our organisation with a wide range of IT services. A day could include troubleshooting our printers as well as discussing improvements in infrastructure and implementing Security features. The IT Operations team is a small and tight team and you will be involved in everything from daily support to hands on work, to planning and discussing current and future projects. 

Primary responsibilities include: 

• On- and offboarding of new/leaving employees
• Support the organization in daily IT issues
  
• Build, drive, develop and implement new IT infrastructure/ IT solutions
• Help provide an optimized and business focused IT environment
• Evaluate new tools and cost efficiencies
• Implement security solutions as requested
• Project work for different IT projects
• Purchases of equipment and ensure that employees get the right equipment
  

Required qualification: 

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role including helpdesk, hands-on IT work and project work
• Worked at a small to medium size company and been a part of a small IT-department
• Worked in an international environment 
• Experience managing Microsoft services (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, etc)
• Bachelor degree or Higher Vocational Education
• To be able to be at the office 3 days per week
• Business level English, knowledge in Swedish is a merit 

We prefer if you:
- Live in the Malmo/Lund area 
- Have experience supporting Mac computers in a corporate environment
