inrivers’ People-team is looking for an HRBP to join our team in Malmo. Within the People team we work globally even though the position is based physically in Malmo.
You will be a part of a team with a great team spirit and with high ambition that today exist of CPCO, a couple HR Generalists and Talent Acquisition. You will report to our CPCO, Ulrica Falkenberg.
Responsibilities:
As the HRBP, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive the people strategy of the organization. You will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement and driving high-performance culture across the company.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
- Coach and advise managers on performance management, talent development, and employee relations issues.
- Partner with recruitment to attract, hire and retain top talent and create succession plans.
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and practices to support business objectives.
- Facilitate training and development programs for employees and managers to enhance skills and performance.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights on employee engagement and retention and make recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other HR functions such as Payroll, Learning and Development, and HR Operations to deliver a seamless HR service to the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or/and Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years as a HRBP or HR Manager in a high-performing international environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Proficiency in both Business English and Swedish is essential.
- To be able to be at the office 3 days per week
