The inriver Global Marketing team is a diverse and ambitious group distributed across North America, Sweden, and the Netherlands. Tasked with elevating the inriver brand within the PIM industry and driving new business pipeline, the Global Marketing team plays a critical role in achieving inriver’s growth goals in the coming years and beyond. We are seeking highly collaborative, data-driven, and solutions-oriented individuals to join us on the journey to making inriver the #1 leading PIM in the enterprise and mid-size market.
The Role:
As a Graphic Designer on the inriver Global Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in defining and evolving our brand identity through innovative and high-impact design. You will collaborate closely with marketing leadership, the inriver community, and external stakeholders to ensure our visual brand remains best-in-class. This role requires a blend of creative vision and hands-on execution to produce compelling marketing collateral that resonates with our target audience.
This role will be based in Amsterdam or in Malmo.
Responsibilities:

Evolve inriver’s Brand Identity:
- Create and manage a library of design components, templates, and style guides to support consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.

Create High-Quality Visual Assets:
- Design and produce digital, UI, web, and print assets such as iconography, illustrations, presentations, datasheets, ebooks, and social media banners.
- Utilize basic video editing and animation tools to create engaging multimedia content.

Manage Design Tools and Resources:
- Leverage tools like Canva and Lumen to efficiently produce and distribute design assets across the marketing team.

Project Management and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver dynamic and impactful design solutions on time and within scope.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all work meets design briefs and quality standards.

Campaign Support and Creative Direction:
- Develop guidelines for campaign visual elements, including lockups, graphics, and motion treatments.
- Provide art direction for static assets, photoshoots, and video productions as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Establish processes for managing creative services requests and coordinating work with agencies and freelancers.
- Interface with web development agencies to ensure accurate execution of web designs.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, advertising assets, and social media creative.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and design management tools.
- Exceptional project management skills, including prioritization, structuring projects for success, and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with design systems for websites (B2B marketing experience preferred).

Bonus Skills: - Proficiency in Sketch or Figma.
- Motion graphic and/or animation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in using AI to accelerate design and iteration.
- Experience with PIM or Commerce software space.
