Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers in EMEA and US to define roles and requirements, and create tailored recruitment plans to attract top talent
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders globally on market trends, recruitment best practices, and workforce planning
- Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing hiring managers with comprehensive candidate evaluations
- Work on initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand and represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruiting processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reports
Experience & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working in talent acquisition and preferably with a proven track record of filling senior roles internationally
- Worked in a global and faced paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Swedish
- Proven expertise in identifying top talent and exceptional skills in personal assessment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms
- Experience conducting value-based interviews
- Having assessment certifications and/or experience in providing assessment feedback is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter tools and Boolean search techniques
- To be able to be at the office 3 days a week

You will be a part of a team with a great team spirit and with high ambition that today exist of CPCO, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and Office manager.
