Finance student helper
Inriver is a global leader in Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, helping businesses manage and optimize product data for seamless digital commerce. Our Finance department in Malmo is looking for a motivated student to support the team with accounting and invoicing tasks.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive student helper to assist our Finance Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a student currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. We would like you to be able to work 2-3 times a week from our office but with flexible working hours so you have time to focus on your studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with invoice processing and management
- Accounting
- Support bookkeeping tasks
- Assist in handling administrative finance-related tasks
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant university program (Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in English & Swedish
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
