Job Description:
As Manager for the DSA team the role include both people management and responsibility for oversee and coordinate the various services to be delivered to the inriver customers. The manager is responsible for resource allocation and for ongoing service deliveries. The role will include planning, monitoring and reporting of the ongoing services and communication with stakeholders both internally and towards the customer.
Responsibilities:
- People Manager for the DSA team
- Responsible for the ongoing service deliveries.
- Responsible for governance and managing cross functional delivery projects towards the inriver customer and partner ecosystem.
- Meet business objectives by successfully governing, leading the inriver services to completion.
- Overseeing, supporting the team members in their daily work.
- Reports to leadership
Responsibilities detail:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the DSA team
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to provide guidance and feedback.
Project Oversight and Governance:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the DSA Services
- Ensure services are completed on time and within defined scope
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Communicate service status, updates, and any changes effectively.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the services long-term
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Resource Allocation:
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure service compliance.
- Manage team workload and capacity planning.
- Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources.
Performance Tracking:
- Track and report on service performance metrics.
- Conduct evaluations to identify lessons learned for enhanced process
- Implement corrective actions based on performance analysis.
