Regional Sales Manager

At Inriver, we help brands and manufacturers win on the digital shelf with smarter, scalable, and AI-powered Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Shelf solutions. As we continue to expand across the Nordics, we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can drive new business, build meaningful relationships, and close deals that transform product experiences globally.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle new business sales across mid-market and enterprise B2C and B2B accounts.
- Lead everything from initial prospecting and qualification (supported by SDRs) to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with sales engineers, partners, and the GTM team to design solutions that address real customer challenges.
- Proactively generate your own pipeline through outreach, networking, events, and strategic partner channels.
- Build and execute a territory strategy to accelerate revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Keep opportunities and activities organized and updated in CRM.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience — ideally in data-driven platforms
- Proven ability to sell consultatively to multiple stakeholders, including marketing, e-commerce, and IT decision-makers
- Strong understanding of digital commerce ecosystems, product data, and go-to-market strategy is a bonus
- A degree in business, marketing, or technology (required)
- Fluent in Swedish and English (another Nordic language is a plus)
- Experience in PIM, PLM, MDM, or related product lifecycle software is a strong bonus
