Technical Enablement Associate

We are looking for a Technical Enablement Associate to support the design and delivery of scalable enablement experiences, with a focus on product and technical learning.
In this role, you will help build the skills, behaviours, and best practices that enable customers, implementation partners, and internal teams to successfully use and apply our product. You will work closely with Customer Success, Services, Partners, Product Enablement, and subject matter experts to create impactful and practical learning experiences.

A key focus in this role will be supporting the design and rollout of scalable onboarding programs for:
Customer Success teams
Implementation partners
Customers
You’ll help create learning experiences that combine product knowledge, best practices, and real-world application, using modern learning technologies to drive consistency, reuse, and scale.
What You’ll Do
Support the design and delivery of onboarding and enablement programs, including product training components, best practice, and real-world application.
Build and manage learning journeys within the learning platform (LMS/LXP), ensuring content is structured, accessible, and reusable.
Support rollout and coordination of onboarding programs and enablement initiatives.
Collaborate with Product Enablement to support the delivery and continuous improvement of product training experiences.
Develop a strong understanding of the product and confidently explain key workflows and use cases.
Translate product and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly learning experiences.
Create and maintain enablement assets such as guides, tutorials, playbooks, and templates.
Support live sessions and workshops where appropriate, while prioritizing scalable, self-service learning approaches.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Partners, Product, and Services.
Track engagement and support measurement of onboarding and enablement effectiveness.
What does a typical day look like ?
Building and updating learning journeys in the enablement platform
Supporting onboarding program launches
Collaborating with SMEs to develop training content
Support Creation of product tutorials and learning materials
Stay up-to-date with product changes.
Analyze engagement data and suggest improvements
What You Bring
Experience designing, delivering, or supporting onboarding, product training, or software training programs
Exposure to designing structured learning or onboarding journeys (with support)
Strong interest or experience in using learning technology (LMS/LXP)
Background in Learning & Development, Enablement, customer-facing roles, or software/technical training
Ability to learn and understand technical concepts, systems, and workflows
Strong organisational and program support skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance learning and productivity
