We are now looking for a Learning Academy Administrator to join our team in the Philippines.
About the Department
Inriver academy is a strategic tool for making inriver's customers and partners successful and the best place to learn how to use smart Product Information Management. Inriver academy designs and manages an ecosystem of learning methods, tools, and materials based on learners' needs and expectations.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Academy Manager, maintain the Academy’s project tracker
- On behalf of inriver Academy, monitor and respond to queries from learners and other stakeholders coming into the inriver Academy common email inbox and Learning Management System (LMS) message board
- Administer the delivery of the instructor-led courses: schedule sessions, advertise/communicate them through the relevant channels, send out and maintain invitations to the online sessions, administer the inriver training environments, maintain the course roster files
- Administer certification exam results in the LMS platform and liaise with the relevant stakeholders as needed
- Produce and schedule learning reports as requested
- Maintain internal documentation on processes and procedures
- Administer and maintain the academy course catalog
- Manage invoicing and payment processes
- Improve training data accuracy
Qualifications:
- Professional English skills (written and spoken)
- Knowledgeable in SaaS platform management (HR, LMS platforms; ex. Peoplesoft)
- MS Office tools management (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Basic Knowledge in Project management platforms (Ex. JIRA, Asana, Trello)
- Experience collaborating with others within the same team and cross-organizationally
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience working in global settings
Will be considered a plus:
- Knowledge about information integration and information logistics
- Good understanding of the modern enterprise landscapes
- Good understanding of e-commerce and e-commerce platforms
