About the Job
In the role of a Software Tester, your involvement is crucial in the validation and qualification of both web and mobile solutions. You are responsible for the creation, completion, and clarification of test cases and scripts. Collaborating with the development team and fellow testers, you assess the functionality of solutions. Your testing ensures that software complies with established processes and standards, meeting the agreed-upon business requirements and design specifications.

We are looking for exceptional people who has amazing analytical skills, solution driven and is able to mentor others.

This role requires experience in email management, process orientation, and ticketing management. Familiarity with Generative AI is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in communication, problem-solving, and email management.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and improve processes.
• Experience with ticketing management systems, preferably in a DevOps environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
