We are now looking for a Sr. Service Delivery Manager to join our team in the US. This role will be based preferably in Chicago or Boston.

About the role
You will as a Service Delivery Manager be part of a global team working with our customer project portfolio. You will be responsible for managing our customer project teams, including third party vendors. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with inriver customers and partners. You have experience in handling client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process. You strive in handling complex, multifunctional projects and initiatives, involving project management and change management in a global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing project teams, including third party vendors
• Accountable for services are being seamlessly delivered to our customers
• Project progress and managing budgets in relation to customer contracts
• Accountable for inriver service delivery performance, meeting customer expectation
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles as Service Delivery Management and/or Project Management in customer facing roles.
• Handling complex, multifunctional projects and initiatives, involving project management and change management in a global environment.
• Experience in client relationship management, leadership, and customer service in the tech business. Experience within the SAAS business is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including customer executive level.
  
  
  For the this role the salary range is 100-130K per year. The salary is determined by individuals background and experience. All full time US employees are eligible to participate in inriver's comprehensive benefit package which include medical, dental, vision, 401K, STD, LTD.
