What You’ll Own
- Lead the Digital Vision: Drive and execute a high-impact digital marketing strategy that scales brand awareness, demand, and revenue across all digital channels.
- Website Wizardry: Own the website strategy and performance—optimize for growth, usability, and conversions (CRO). You'll partner across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Content teams to align on business goals.
- Performance & Insights: Analyze digital performance metrics, user behavior, and SEO impact—then act. From UX improvements to engagement strategies, your insights will shape our digital evolution.
- Channel Excellence: Lead SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, email campaigns and more—delivering performance that maps to OKRs and business priorities.
- Digital Dream Team: Manage internal resources and agency partners. Set clear goals, provide strong guidance, and build a team that thrives.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor competitor trends, Google rankings, and SEO shifts to keep us leading, not following.
- Own the Stack: Be the go-to expert for our digital marketing tech tools and website infrastructure.
- Work with the security team to ensure all regulatory (GDPR) obligations and standards are met and maintained.
You Might Be a Perfect Fit If
- You have 5+ years of digital marketing experience and are excited about growing into a direct people leadership role.
- You’re an analytical thinker with a creative mindset—comfortable in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools of the trade.
- You’ve delivered seamless, high-converting web experiences that make buyers click, convert, and come back.
- You love making data-led decisions and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- You’re commercially sharp and ROI-driven—growth is your second language.
- You understand AI and want to help integrate it into digital strategies for even smarter outcomes.
