We are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in the United States.
About the role:
Inriver is expanding its sales team to support our continued growth. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of a portfolio of inriver’s customers. This position will build and maintain relationships with the accounts to ensure the continuation and expansion of business and customer satisfaction.
This role requires up to 25% travel to support customer meetings, onsite engagements, industry events, and internal team gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a trusted advisory relationship with your customer stakeholders and partners at tactical and strategic level.
Serve as point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers and work with cross-functional teams to ensure success
Responsible for growing the committed ARR from existing customer base.
Responsible for retention of existing business while identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities
Work closely with inriver Customer Success team to ensure your customers are happy and get the most value out of inriver’s solutions.
Serve as resource to customer in providing updates on inriver capabilities and aligning to current and potential use cases
Prepare proposals and presentations for all levels, leads negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and overcomes objectives
Use account planning skills to best position inriver for success and to enable the proper forecasting and goal setting
Requirements
✔️5-10 years of experience in enterprise account management or business development in a SaaS company.
✔️Experience with strategic account planning techniques
✔️Familiarity with PIM/DAM/MDM or broader eCommerce ecosystem solutions
✔️Experience in the utilization of a CRM to support account planning
✔️Business English is a requirement
✔️University / College or equivalent degree required
Soft Skills
✔️Excellent communication skills – Ability to create an effective value proposition, active listening, and storytelling
✔️Excellent Presentation Skills – The ability to present dynamically through story telling
✔️Ability to drive and increase knowledge sharing and collaborative behaviours
✔️Experienced in writing, executing, and reporting on business plans.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated pay range for this role is $140k -$160k as base salary per annum + Variable compensation
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs.
The ideal candidate is located in the following states; Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.
